“Wood is my medium and I like to create.
Like generations of folk artists before me, what I do is uncomplicated.
I draw, I cut using basic tools and I paint.
My hope is that my work will brighten your day!”
I grew up in Austria and studied graphic design and European Folk Art at the University of Fine Arts in Linz/Austria.
I worked as a graphic designer and art director and collected Folk Art and wooden toys from
different regions of Middle-Europe.
In 1997, my family and I moved to Canada.
I started to make wooden folk art.
My work is collected in Canada, Australia, Austria, Germany, N’Ireland and the USA.
You can find my work at Circle Craft Vancouver
